Michael Rager – President/Chief Executive Officer Mr. Rager will oversee all portfolio level acquisition/development investments for the Fund, oversee overall portfolio management including new investments, financing, hold versus sell decisions, implementation of business plans and strategy for the management of the Company’s assets.
After receiving His Master’s Degree in Aquatic Biology from Central Michigan University he travelled the U.S. extensively as a corporate and private environmental consultant working on some of the largest natural gas pipelines constructed in the country. This experience allowed Mr. Rager to work closely with corporate executives, federal agencies, project design engineers and field construction staff.
As a corporate consultant for AECOM, The Louis Berger Group and 3D/International, he assisted companies such as Duke Energy, SoCal Edison/Edison Mission Energy, TransCanada Pipeline, Williams Gas Pipeline and Boardwalk Pipeline by ensuring environmental compliance on over 500 miles of Natural Gas Pipeline installation. As an independent contractor Mr. Rager worked with the Exxon Mobil, Williams Communications, Enbridge, Spectra Energy and Williams Pipelines. Desiring additional career growth Mr. Rager shifted his focus, working with Primerica Financial Services since 2003. This is where he was introduced to John Maxwell and his leadership training. In 2011, Mr. Rager continued his career shift and began working in the business and executive coaching arena. It is his fervent belief that being a John Maxwell certified coach, speaker and trainer allows him to make a major impact to the business world.
In 2014, Mr. Rager founded Corporate Memory Solutions. Mr. Rager understands the need for systems and processes to be in place for individuals and companies to be successful. He believes that the relationship he has developed with Mandos Software will allow the Company to bring the easiest to use and most comprehensive business mapping tool (Author) to a significant portion of the businesses in the Americas and Europe
Sharon Rager: Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Rager is responsible for leading corporate integration operations for acquisitions, divestitures, transition services agreements, carve-out transactions from sell-side readiness, pre-close and operations due diligence, Day 1 readiness planning, and post-close carve-out separation services.
She is a seasoned finance professional with more than 10 years of treasury experience managing in-house bank operations and multi-currency, notional and physical cash pools used to maximize cash flows and support the tax restructuring of multi-national companies.
As a Six Sigma Black Belt, Sharon was responsible for managing high level strategic finance project related work consisting of but not limited to Six Sigma, Lean, and various Project Management techniques, and conducted Process Improvement Workshops and training to prospective Green Belts. • Implemented and rolled out worldwide the Compliance Due Diligence system to screen perspective 3rd party intermediaries preparing to conduct business with a multi-national company • Managed the implementation of SAP Incentive Administration by Vistex • Coordinated and managed the company’s restructuring of its Luxembourg Technologies companies. • Responsible for managing all aspects of the finance data cleansing and conversion from SAP Legacy R3 system to SAP 6.0, and data set up of SAP Treasury/Cash Module
Maggie Peterson: Partner/Consultant. Maggie Peterson is a Professional Business Consultant and Executive Coach. She specializes in helping businesses achieve and sustain new levels of performance.
Maggie has a 23 year history of work with individuals, teams and organizations helping them clarify what they want to do and focus on getting it done. She served 10 years in the United States Air Force as a C-130 Instructor Loadmaster. While serving our country, she earned numerous Medals and Achievement Awards. Following her time in the Air Force, Maggie earned an MBA with a specialization in Finance from LeTourneau University in Houston, TX. Throughout Maggie’s career, that covers finance and accounting, line management, leadership development, business start-up, project management, program management, strategic planning, logistics, workshop facilitation and public speaking; Maggie has worked with individuals and companies in the high-tech, construction, consumer goods, high volume manufacturing, software, hardware and service industries.
Maggie has a strong passion for equipping leaders and their teams with the tools and knowledge to make them successful. She creates an environment where clients make progress on addressing their issues while gaining the ability to address future challenges. This means that Maggie’s focus is on what the organization can accomplish given their situation, competency and desire.
Ms. Peterson is on the board of directors for Houston Career Gear; which supports veterans transitioning from active duty to civilian life. She is also a member of the National Association of Women MBAs and a member of The John Maxwell Team.
Maggie is a seasoned facilitator and educator who shares her broad expertise in business, systems, and people while teaching her clients and audiences how to leverage their business to get what they want out of life.
