Rainee Busby: Consultant. Ms. Busby believes Entrepreneurs are critical to our economy’s long term growth and are key contributors to our society and their communities. Her passion is teaching Entrepreneurs how to implement a simple yet powerful business management model called the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). She is a seasoned facilitator and educator who shares her broad expertise in business, systems, and people while teaching her clients and audiences how to leverage their business to get what they want out of life. Ms. Busby is 1 of only 112 professionally trained EOS implementers in the world who are making a difference one client at a time. Her passion for partnering with entrepreneurial owners and their leadership teams to build great companies is what drives Fokal Fusion’s everyday business.
Ms. Busby’s career revolves around disruptive change, knocking down barriers and delivering value. She has held numerous leadership positions across software, consulting, healthcare, banking, transportation and manufacturing industries. Her experience ranges from large $13 billion turnaround initiatives to numerous business start-up ventures. In addition to over 25 years in the information technology field, she is a recognized expert in the practice of integrating strategies across the business landscape. She has worked with numerous companies to drive innovation while creating healthy high performing cultures.
Ms. Busby desires to bring a new perspective to running a business. Ms. Busby equips Entrepreneurs across the country with the tools and techniques they need to grow their business while living a life they love. She is on the board of directors for the Houston Chapter of Conscious Capitalism, which supports business growth while improving society as a whole. She is also a member of the Women’s Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA), Vistage and a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Alumni.
Louis Havranek (Sr. Solutions Consultant) has 25+ years in telecommunications and data networking. He has a strong background in network operations, project management, process improvement, Information Systems auditing and ITIL. He has managed network operations centers in both the US and the Middle East and has authored disaster recovery plans for global networks. Mr. Havranek has developed and delivered training courses on network monitoring and troubleshooting, work process flows, sales engineering, technical sales and sales engineering leadership.
As a sales engineer, Lou specializes in designing and delivering customer-specific solutions that have positive bottom line impact for all stakeholders. He operates on a set of principles he likes to call CASH (Communications, Awareness, Specificity and Honesty) and believes that they benefit everyone involved in the project.
Mr. Havranek has earn recognition and awards in several companies for his solution designs, customer support, network troubleshooting and overall impact on the bottom line. He holds a BA in Anthropology from Skidmore College and to this point he believes his entire life has been “fieldwork”.
On a personal note, Lou is an avid father, creative cook, reluctant runner and patient coach. He has coached several sports including football, baseball and soccer. He has coached both championship-level teams, as well as recreational programs and has sat on the Board of Directors for the one of the largest youth sports programs in New Jersey.
